Homage to Edoardo Sanguineti
«I have always loved Edoardo Sanguineti, in the true sense of the term […]. I love him because he is awkward […] He's awkward because he maintains a granitic faith with his own world view - vast, ancient and modern, paradoxical, ironic and realistic. […] I love him because his poetry is not poetical, it cannot be translated, and bears the profound marks (scars even) of a sacrosanct memory which is individual and at the same time collective...».
